![]() The game has taken on much more of an RPG formula - as gameplay is based around you using your sims to gain XP and complete a series of quests. You'll begin with your first Hero - the Monarch, and begin your duties as King or Queen of the land. These Sims each have a specific profession and are in charge of a particular building. In this ye olde jaunt into life simulation, you'll be controlling your Sims in their everyday life, but rather than being able to take charge of any old Sim in your kingdom - you'll be focusing on main characters known as 'Hero Sims'. I thought, sure, I like swords and stuff, but isn't this just the same game set in a different time period? Well, the answer is no. So when I heard about the latest Sims game - The Sims Medieval. and it's no secret that this series has had more ridiculous expansions and add-ons than any other.
